Fairer and more transparent processes to be put in place for contract renewal with contracts undergoing a major overhaul and modernization.

Principal salary increases from year to year be set at the same % as secondary principals

Vehicles to be included in the principal package

POL remuneration per child be the same amount in Primary schools as in Secondary

Consultative Committees to have the capacity to expand to meet local needs
